Privacy
It has probably not escaped your notice: the old privacy legislation dating from 1995 has been replaced by the new AVG (General Data Protection Regulation) on 25 May 2018.
We respect and protect the privacy of the individual. Specifically identifiable information about you will not be made available to third parties without first having received your explicit consent, as indicated in this privacy statement ("Privacy Policy").
Privacy Regulations:
We want to make sure there is no misunderstanding about the security and use of the data provided and automatically collected. Below is a description of how we handle data from our visitors. In all cases the following applies: your data will never be made available to third parties.
Why do we collect information?:
We assume that people who register are interested in entering into and maintaining a (business) relationship. In order to be able to maintain the relationship as well as possible on our part, certain data is requested and collected.
What information is recorded and why?:
Personal information: Some personal information from the user is requested. This concerns name and contact details (contact by telephone, fax and e-mail). It also asks for a course in which the user is interested. Together, these data give an idea of the user's background. This can provide useful information, to which the information on the website and in newsletters is coordinated as much as possible.
Website visit: Information is collected about the visit to the website. More information can be collected about registered and logged in visitors than about anonymous visitors. We limit ourselves to storing data about which pages are visited and how often, if known also by which (registered visitors). The collected data is automatically (without human intervention) shown in the form of summaries to authorized employees. This information is collected solely to determine which information is more and which information is less valued by users. Others than these employees have no access to the information and under no circumstances will this data be sold or rented to third parties.
Cookies: Cookies are small text files that contain certain information from a computer that visits a website. Cookies are stored on your PC's hard drive and make surfing the web easier and faster because previously visited websites recognize the computer. So you do not have to enter certain data every time you visit us again. Almost all leading websites use cookies to optimize internet traffic. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to warn you when cookies are being sent. The website is not accessible without cookies. So-called 'tracking cookies' are never used, with which your visit behavior to sites other than ours can be recorded.
All information about registration and use:
The following applies to all information requested from registered visitors:
Our employees only use the data to maintain and improve a normal relationship. Sometimes it is possible to work with assumptions about the wishes of registered users.
We never make the data of registered users available to third parties, neither in an individualized nor in an aggregated form, except in the case of a legal claim.
Data is protected from unauthorized access or use. However, every computer user should realize that electronic burglary and theft are a real danger. Protection against this helps, but never offers 100% security.
The ownership of the collected information rests with us.
You can have all your data permanently and irreversibly deleted at any time free of charge. You can send a message to avg@stichtingfocustango.nl for this.
Liability:
Any liability with regard to theft and misuse of recorded data is excluded by us. By using this website you declare that you have read these regulations and that you agree with the contents of these regulations.
